Allie has a deep passion for sports, performance, and wellness. She has been an athlete her entire life and loves to continue to work with athletes everyday. She has developed educational sports psychology workshops to help empower athletes and coaches to become the best performers, supporters, and overall best people they can be. It is extremely important to her that all athletes are cared about deeply as people and as athletes together. Some of the sports she did growing up included gymnastics, soccer, swimming, and track and field. Allie played for Real Colorado, a local travel soccer club, and she went on to play soccer at the University of Kentucky. Allie holds a master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Social Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity. She did her master’s thesis research project with collegiate athletes that focused on motivation and athletic identity. Allie believes that delivering education that empowers is a key step in development for all athletes and coaches.
