Nikki has over 12 years of experience enhancing emotional well-being and performance, with a majority of her work focused on serving children aged 5 to 18. She holds an advanced Educational Specialist degree in Child, Family, and School Psychology from the University of Denver and brings a wealth of practical knowledge and compassionate care to her practice. Throughout her career, Nikki has successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams, streamlined processes to enhance service delivery, and facilitated collaborations between schools, community organizations, and healthcare providers. Her adeptness at building strong, cooperative relationships ensures that all stakeholders work cohesively towards common goals.

Nikki brings her extensive experience and dedication to our athletic community. As an integral part of the team, she oversees business operational functions, ensuring efficient program development and delivery. She coordinates with our consultants to implement comprehensive solutions for athletes and individuals aiming to optimize their mental performance. Nikki is excited to embark on this new journey, applying her passion for psychology and her administrative acumen to help individuals unlock their potential and achieve outstanding performance in all areas of life. In addition to supporting the KSPMP team, she delivers our SPARK Parents of Athletes workshops.
